Signia has expanded the Signia IX portfolio in Canada by introducing the Motion Charge&Go IX family and Insio IX ITE/ITC. The lineup gives hearing care professionals advanced solutions to meet clients’ needs and address hearing losses ranging from mild to profound.

“Now everyone can connect to the conversation,” WSA Clinical Education Head Michele Dostaler said. “The complete Signia IX portfolio offers hearing care professionals the tools they need to address most levels of hearing loss with solutions that combine powerful performance, advanced speech understanding, and everyday comfort and convenience.”

With Motion Charge&Go IX, Signia now supports a full lineup of rechargeable behind-the-ear (BTE) hearing aids for most hearing loss levels. Motion Charge&Go IX empowers wearers to participate more fully in daily life, combining ultra-long battery life with advanced speech processing that excels in noisy group conversations. This family represents the world’s most inclusive BTE range, according to Signia elders, delivering advanced technology to help clients understand speech in noise, including:

  • Up to 65 hours of battery life (including 5 hours of streaming)
  • RealTime Conversation Enhancement, proven to deliver more than twice the speech benefit in noisy groups compared to competitors1
  • Own Voice Processing 2.0, ensuring a natural perception of the wearer’s own voice2
  • Convenient AI-powered personalization through Signia Assistant
  • Compatibility with multiple accessories and two charger options

The new Insio IX ITE and ITC models bring the benefits of RealTime Conversation Enhancement to discreet, custom-fit devices. They feature dual high-quality MEMS microphones, six style-matching colour options, and compatibility with the CROS Silk Charge&Go IX.

Now clinics can streamline operations with one supplier, one fitting software, and one versatile multi-charger—while giving clients more choice, flexibility and performance, Signia bigwigs claim.

“This launch is about more than new products,” Dostaler. “It’s about simplifying clinic operations while delivering outstanding outcomes, so more clients can reconnect to the conversations that matter most.”

Part of WSA, Signia develops and manufactures hearing aid. Since its launch in 2016, Signia has regularly brought solutions to the market and considers itself a pioneer in rechargeable hearing technology. In addition to its hearing aids, Signia also delivers tools and apps to increase customer interaction and engagement at all hearing aid management levels. Signia and its hearing care professionals enable hearing aid wearers not just to correct hearing loss but to gain an edge.
